HISTORY

Founded in 1971, the Henniker Historical Society is dedicated to preserving the history of the town of Henniker, New Hampshire. 2021 marked the 50th Anniversary of the founding of the Henniker Historical Society. The mission of the Society is to act as a resource for the community through ongoing efforts in the following areas:

• Preservation of artifacts

• Cataloging existing collections

• School programs

• Museum & special exhibits

• Newsletter and various publications

• Genealogy and research assistance
